His work has appeared in a variety of public and private sector arenas, including Science magazine, Reclaiming Quarterly, and the San Francisco Fringe Theatre Festival.

With the founding of Chromatrope, Jonathan was able to realize his dream of finally chucking the city life to live closer with nature. (Nature with a High-Speed Internet connection!) He currently resides in a permaculture household on the edge of a beautiful redwood preserve with three other adults, one child, and eleven chickens. Jonathan is also a teacher and artist, focusing on a spirit path of earth-based Judaism. He leads nature awareness classes for kids and adults, and is in the process of setting up his ceramics studio.
